Summer Reading! Imagine Your Story

Summer Reading

Our Summer Reading Beanstack program has begun! Read as many books as you can! Log your books, attend virtual programs and explore the activities. Virtual badges chart your progress. Library by Appointment

"Library By Appointment" is now available from 10 am – 3 pm Monday – Friday at the Berlin, Ocean Pines, and Pocomoke and Snow Hill branches. On Saturdays, appointments are available at the Berlin, Ocean Pines, and Pocomoke branches from 9:30 – 11:30 am. Appointments can be made to use a computer (45 minute session), to have photocopies made (limit of 20 original documents), or for library card registration.  Please call your branch to make your reservation. Right now we are asking that one appointment per person per week be made.

Beginning November 1, 2019, Macmillan Publishers will allow libraries to purchase only one copy of each new eBook title for the first eight weeks after a book’s release.  This limits access to new titles for readers like you.  Macmillan is the only publisher to propose such an embargo.  The American Library Association, the Public Library Association, the Urban Libraries Council, and libraries across the country are contacting Macmillan to express our concerns.  We need your voice as well.  We urge you to contact Macmillan to express your concerns about this recent purchasing policy decisio
