Hoopla

In order to ensure that Hoopla remains available to you, the collective daily cap introduced in April will remain in place going forward. This means that each day once the collective daily cap is reached, no more checkouts are available for anyone until the count resets at midnight.

Starting June 1, the individual monthly cap of items that each library user can borrow via Hoopla will decrease from 8 to 6.

The daily collective cap and reduced monthly individual cap are necessary in order to continue providing Hoopla services to library users within budgetary constraints. While we understand that the caps may be disappointing, we are pleased to have found a solution that allows us to continue offering the service to you.

CreativeBug, an online platform for art, crafting, and DIY tutorials, will discontinue on June 30. The catalog is now available through the library’s Hoopla service as part of Hoopla's seven-day BingePass program.
