Yoga for ALL

Join Yoga Instructor, Natalie Bennett from Upward Movement Yoga & Dance for a 3-part series.  You will be introduced to the benefits of yoga by learning many of the poses and breathing techniques.  No prior yoga experience is required.  Yoga mats and "props" will be available.  Space for 12.  Contact the Snow Hill branch at 410-632-3495.
