Color Me Calm

Join us for monthly adult coloring sessions. Research has shown that coloring has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety and create focus or mindfulness. We will explore different patterns such as mandalas, zentangles, paisleys, or patterns suggested by our participants. Bring your own coloring pages or use ours. Colored pencils, gel pens, and felt tips will be available, along with coffee and cookies.
