#eBooksForAll

Beginning November 1, 2019, Macmillan Publishers will allow libraries to purchase only one copy of each new eBook title for the first eight weeks after a book’s release.  This limits access to new titles for readers like you.  Macmillan is the only publisher to propose such an embargo.  The American Library Association, the Public Library Association, the Urban Libraries Council, and libraries across the country are contacting Macmillan to express our concerns.  We need your voice as well.  We urge you to contact Macmillan to express your concerns about this recent purchasing policy decision, which limits your access to eContent.
